Risborrow Information Systems work better with Mace Air

Leading Midlands’ database application and management company Risborrow Information Systems called on Mace Air to design and install combined cooling and heating systems at their new offices on Centrum 100.

The contractor fitted the latest energy efficient, combined multi-way heating and air conditioning system. These offer complete heating for the customers’ seven separate offices, without the need to fit multiple units enabling faster, less intrusive installation.

The multi-split systems enable customers to have one, two, or three indoor units, all running off a single outdoor unit. They are completely independent and can be operated on ‘heat’ or ‘cool’ in different rooms, at the same time.

Simon Chapman, Managing Director, at Mace, added, “We carefully researched the mini split market.

“These engineered systems are low noise at 23 dB(A); and, vitally for our customers, carry an Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, ‘A’ energy rating, proving their reduced power consumption and efficient operation”.

The units use super-efficient refrigerant R410a. This is an environmentally friendly gas; a blend of hydrofluorocarbon, or HFC compounds, with no chlorine content, no ozone depletion potential, and only a modest global warming potential.

Risborrow Director, Philip Dyson, said, “A comfortable working environment for our staff is crucial, their well-being and happiness are very important to the company. With Mace’s help we have been able to ensure a productive environment for our staff to work in.”
